Welcome to Jean Brideau et Fils Auto Salvage.

In 1973, Jean Brideau moved from Ontario where he already owned a small auto salvage company. Here, he bought a house that had an old barn behind it. He started by buying used cars, tore them apart, fixed them up or sold them for parts.

It was a hit! Jean Brideau Auto Salvage was born. In 1974, the business was growing pretty fast, so he had his first garage built with a lot of help from family and friends.

After a few years, he added four new sections to the original building. In addition to the first garage, a warehouse and another garage was built throught the years.

In 2005, the company has been renamed Jean Brideau & Fils Auto Salvage inc. The company is now being run by his son, Stéphane Brideau.

We employ five full time employees year round.
